This website is operated by KALEEM & CO, a sole proprietorship registered in Lahore, Pakistan, trading as kaleemco. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This site is a brochure, not a product. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form and no database. We set no advertising cookies, run no behavioural tracking, and never sell or share your personal information.

The only two things that reach us are whatever you choose to put in an email to us, and anonymous, cookieless usage statistics that count visits. Everything below simply spells that out.

There are only three ways information about you reaches us:

• What you send us: your name, email address, company and anything else you include when you write to hello@kaleemco.com.
• Standard server logs: our hosting provider records ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and defend it against abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
• Anonymous usage statistics: we use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly measurement tool, to see aggregate figures such as how many people visited and which pages are popular. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not build a profile that identifies you.

This site does not use cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, and we set no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. There is nothing here to consent to or opt out of.

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and have a conversation about the work.
• Scope, quote and if we go ahead, deliver the project.
• Keep a record of what was agreed for as long as it is commercially or legally relevant.
• Understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, we do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not run behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

If that ever changes, for example if we add a newsletter or launch a product with accounts, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and anything requiring consent will ask for it.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the cookieless analytics described above. Email is stored with our email provider. Both are established vendors with their own privacy commitments, and both may process data on servers outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the European Union.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Correspondence that did not lead to a project is kept only as long as it is useful, and deleted on request. Records tied to work we actually delivered are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, tax and accounting purposes. Aggregate analytics figures carry no identifying detail and are retained by our provider only in summary form.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email hello@kaleemco.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and there is no charge for a straightforward request. If you are in a region with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.

This is kaleemco's company website. Products we build and operate under the kaleemco name — such as Raabtaai — are separate services, each with its own terms and privacy notice published when the product launches. This website does not collect data on their behalf, and nothing here signs you up to them.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site or the business changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page is revised. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
