These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kaleemco website. By browsing this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

"We", "us" and "kaleemco" refer to KALEEM & CO, a sole proprietorship registered in Lahore, Pakistan that operates as an independent product studio and also builds and runs its own products. "You" refers to anyone accessing the site.

This site is informational. It describes the studio, the way we work, the projects we have shipped and the products we build under our own name. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to take on work.

Availability notices, timelines and process descriptions are indicative and can change without notice.

If we end up working together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, a proposal, statement of work or contract signed by both sides, covering scope, price, timeline, ownership and confidentiality.

Where these website terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement wins for everything relating to that project.

We also build and operate products under the kaleemco name, such as Raabtaai. Those products are separate services with their own terms and privacy notices, published with each product. These website terms do not govern your use of any such product, and this website does not provide access to them until they launch.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system.
• Scrape, mirror or republish the site in a way that misrepresents it as your own.
• Use the contact address for unsolicited bulk email, recruitment spam or automated outreach.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

The design, copy, code and branding of this site belong to KALEEM & CO or its licensors. You may link to it and quote reasonable extracts with attribution, but you may not reproduce it wholesale or use our name or marks to imply endorsement or partnership.

Project names, logos and product descriptions shown as work belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

Descriptions of past work explain what was built and how. They are not a promise that the same approach will produce the same outcome for you, every product, market and team is different.

This site links to external sites we do not control, including the products we have built for or with others. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your data. Follow them at your own discretion.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.
